Adams Healthcare Center Resident Profile

Say Hello to Chuck

“I like the small-town atmosphere and I’ve met people here that I like. It feels like a close-knit group, which I also like.”

Chuck Wiuff

Colony Court Assisted Living Resident

Chuck Wiuff was born February 28, 1972
in the town of Faribault, MN. He grew up with one sister and attended school in Faribault, graduating in 1991. Chuck’s adult life was spent doing a bit of everything. He worked for Huckle Publishing, the railroad, Viracon in Owatonna, but his favorite job was driving forklift for Owatonna Tool and Vine Ripe Tomato companies. His spare time has been spent collecting coins, Hotwheels, fixing bicycles, and tinkering on cars. As years went by, Chuck found his health failing. He spent time in several nursing homes before his doctor suggested an assisted living situation for further
therapy. Colony Court was chosen because it was close to rehab, but also because he has a friend living here that likes it. “I like the small-town atmosphere and I’ve met people here that I like. It feels like a close knit group, which I also like.”

Well, we like you too, Chuck, and we’re glad you chose Colony Court!

Say Hello to Ricky Browning

5.20 Resident Profile

In the past few years Ricky’s health
was declining, and he was having some falls. His health care professional thought he should move into an assisted living facility to be safer. “I haven’t had a problem at all while being here!”
